Recipe: Bonfire S'mores for Firework Night

Indulge in S’mores around the bonfire this November.

Made traditionally in America with Graham Crackers, the British tend to use any thin biscuit they can get their hands on — Rich Tea or Nice biscuits make a great alternative.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
8 thin biscuits
4 squares of thin milk chocolate
8 marshmallows

METHOD
1 Sandwich two marshmallows and one square of chocolate between two biscuits and wrap tightly in tin foil.
2 Carefully warm the parcel over the bonfire, using tongs, or a cooking rack, for one to two minutes.
3 Carefully unfold and enjoy, being careful it’s not too hot to burn your mouth.
4 If you’re not having a bonfire this year, simply pop the parcels in the oven instead.
