Southern Vectis engineering technician Sam Wenman is celebrating this week — after being named employee of the year by the Isle of Wight bus operator.

Southern Vectis has announced it will support Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance as its official charity partner for 2026 and 2027.

RSPCA Isle of Wight has received a £500 donation from Southern Vectis, helping the charity install a charging point for its electric van.
