The Wolverton Folk & Blues Festival is back for 2026, taking place in the stunning grounds of Wolverton Manor, Shorwell, on Saturday 9th May, from 11:30am to 8:00pm.

Now in its 14th year, the family-friendly festival has become a firm fixture on the Isle of Wight’s events calendar, raising funds for Teenage & Young Adult Cancer Care and Brighstone Primary School.

Festival-goers can enjoy live music across two stages, including the main stage and the popular Beer Tent Acoustic Stage, alongside locally produced food, a tea tent, and the Real Ale tent.

Special guests this year include:

  • Errol Linton and his band – award-winning UK bluesman

  • The Thumping Tommys – UK’s finest Bluegrass and Folk stars

  • Ray Cashman & Lucy Piper – USA Delta-Blues supremos

Other confirmed artists include The Gilkicker Weevils, Second Time Around, Milo, Doug Alldred & The Silver Lining, The Bohemians, F***! The King Bees, Brighstone Barnacles, The Purple Emperors, Berlingo Flick, The Hollow Creek Band, F9 Uking The Blues, Our Annie-R, and Moonshine Border Morris.

The festival also features craft stalls, Morris Dancing, and local ales, all set against the beautiful West Wight scenery – making it the perfect day out for music lovers of all ages.

Tickets are £14 in advance (£16 on the day), with children 12 and under free.

Advance tickets are available from:

  • Waterstones Bookshop, Newport

  • The Village Shop, Brighstone

The festival is proudly supported by Red Funnel Ferries.
