A Newport nail salon has been shortlisted for three national awards — less than one year after opening its doors.
Canvas10 is in contention for Best Gel Nails, Best Nail Salon, and Entrepreneur of the Year at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards.
Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Ella Topping, Canvas10 has experienced rapid growth and success since its inception.
Ella launched the salon by renting a desk and offering manicures for £5.
Canvas10 quickly evolved and within six months Ella opened the salon's own location, furnished with donations from Facebook Marketplace.
Despite being operational for less than a year, Canvas10 has garnered widespread acclaim within the community and beyond.
Ella said:
