WightFibre, the Island’s rapidly growing broadband provider, has celebrated a major milestone by connecting its 25,000th customer.
The milestone customer, Noemi Pataki of Ryde, was presented with a new laptop and mobile phone by Residential Sales Advisor Matthew Lovett, who assisted her with the sign-up.
Speaking about the occasion, Noemi said:
"I would like to express my gratitude once again for this amazing opportunity.
"Coincidentally, I am starting my studies to become a teacher in September, and these items were on my wish list, but in this economy, somewhat unattainable.
"So, you can imagine how happy I am now. Not usually a lucky person either, but to be exactly the 25,000th customer is incredible luck."
WightFibre CEO John Irvine added:
"Reaching 25,000 customers is a testament to the trust the people of the Isle of Wight place in us to deliver an essential service, and I want to say thank you to each and every one of them for their continued support.
"Our future-proof full-fibre network, now reaching over 72,000 homes and businesses, is combined with a dedication to customer service that truly sets us apart."
The company continues its mission to provide reliable full-fibre broadband across the Isle of Wight, reinforcing its position as the Island’s number one broadband provider.
