Organisers of Osborne Proms ’25 have announced a change of venue for this summer's highly anticipated open air classical concert.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will no longer take place at Osborne House as planned.
Instead, Proms '25 will be held in the stunning setting of Robin Hill Adventure Park on the original date of Saturday 26 July.
While the change of venue may come as a disappointment to those looking forward to the iconic Osborne House setting, the team behind Proms ’25 are excited to deliver an unforgettable evening of music and celebration at Robin Hill — all in support of Mountbatten Isle of Wight.
“We’re thrilled to host Proms '25 at Robin Hill, a beloved Island venue which offers the perfect backdrop for a summer evening of Proms and picnicking," said Paul Cox, Event Director.
"The support we've received from the Robin Hill team has been second to none and I'm delighted to partner with them on this event."
Proms ’25 will still see the esteemed Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra take to the stage to deliver a rousing performance of Proms classics, from Elgar to Tchaikovsky.
Showcasing brilliant local talent, the event will also feature accomplished soprano Thea Callaghan and the Medina Community Choir, fresh from their appearance in New York's prestigious Carnegie Hall.
Guests can expect a full evening of entertainment, delicious food and drink from local vendors, and a spectacular fireworks finale — all set within Robin Hill's 88 acres of open parkland.
"We are truly honoured to host Proms '25 here at Robin Hill and hope the public will get behind this fantastic event to help support Mountbatten Hospice," said Lee Priddle, CEO and co-owner of the Robin Hill Adventure Park.
"It will be a joy to welcome the renowned Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, along with classical music enthusiasts from near and far, for what promises to be an unforgettable celebration of music in a beautiful setting."
All existing ticket and hamper bookings will automatically be transferred across to Proms '25 at Robin Hill.
However, full refunds are available upon request for those unable to attend the new location—ticket holders are asked to direct requests to info@proms25.com.
Proms ‘25 is in aid of Mountbatten Isle of Wight, a much-loved, local charity that provides vital care and support to patients and their families across the Island.
