Support group for parents and carers of children and young people struggling with mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety
Monthly support group for parents and carers of children and young people struggling with mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety. We are parents with lived experience who know how it feels to see your child suffering and feel powerless. We aim to provide a safe space for parents and carers to talk about how they are feeling and to provide them with help and support, as well as signposting to other services and resources that might help. Our meetings are relaxed and informal and all adult parents and carers are welcome to attend. Please email letstalkaeryn@outlook.com for more information
