A 5k run/walk along the beautiful sands of Sandown bay running around the groynes or even over the groynes sometimes splashing in the sea! Great fun and raising money for a great cause Aspire, community charity based in Ryde but working across the Island with their Living Well early help service.
Every participant gets a medal its £10 adult - accompanied children £5
