The Island’s young people have spent a day considering bullying, alcohol and drug abuse and housing at Friday’s annual Wight 2b Heard conference.
In its ninth year, the event took place at the Bembridge Coast Hotel. More than 250 young people were given the chance to take part. Their day included an opportunity to question a guest panel, including IW Council Leader David Pugh, Cllr Alan Wells and the authority’s Director of Children’s Services Steve Beynon.
