WORRYING LEVELS OF DEBT, SAYS CHARITY

Insolvency across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is higher than the national average, according to debt charity, the Consumer Credit Counselling Service. 

The CCCS says Insolvency Service figures show 9.9% of the two counties’ residents are taking out Individual Voluntary Arrangements.  The national average is 9.1%.
