Isle of Wight students are to first hand how our Roman ancestors lived.
Newport Roman Villa is hosting its Living History scheme, today and on Wednesday. Local primary school pupils will dress in traditional Roman clothing, taste Roman foods and earn how to spin and weave wool from the villa's sheep into warm blankets.
