TRIBUTES TO TEENAGE SAILOR KILLED IN AFRICA

Tributes are pouring in to a young member of Bembridge Sailing Club, who died while on safari in Africa.

14-year-old Marcus Egerton Warburton died along with his grandmother, step-grandfather and aunt.  It is understood a tyre blew out on the vehicle the family were travelling in.  Marcus had spent the summer on the Island, at his father's Bembridge home.  His 16-year-old brother Piers, his mother Fiona survived and his uncle Graham all survived. Marcus' father (the captain of Bembridge Sailing Club) Charles Egerton-Warburton has flown out to South Africa.
