Red Funnel begins a 3-week refurbishment of its vehicle ferry terminal at Southampton today, as some fares go up again.
An adult peak day return now costs £16.80. A number of other fares are unaffected and there is a new concession for teenagers travelling off-peak. Meanwhile, ferries from East Cowes will dock at Southampton's 25 Berth, further along the road from Town Quay. The ticket office at Town Quay will remain open and the Red Jet is unaffected.
