Headline act Paul Weller
Sunday 29th August saw the second Summer Madness festival on the Island.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Carisbrooke Castle, four thousand music lovers gathered to witness an eclectic mix of bands.
Taking the reins from last year’s headliners Madness, it was The Jam front man and modfather Paul Weller’s turn to close the event.
Supported by an array of talent including The Coral, Brand New Heavies, Imelda May and local heroes The Bees, the all day gig was a perfect way to spend an August bank holiday, further adding to the Island’s glowing reputation of showing quality music.
