A group of students from Carisbrooke High School have been learning lessons in business.
At the invitation of the Island’s Young Chamber, they have attended a business conference in Southampton dedicated to creating a balance between work and home life. Attended by business leaders and Professor Tobias Kretschmer from the University of Munich in Germany, they were given insights into how employers must ensure staff spend the right amount of time in work and in play.
