The annual charity shoebox appeal is underway, organised by the Island’s Rotary Club.
This year, children in Romania will benefit from your box, filled with gifts and clothing. In addition, fundraisers are also hoping to take other donations, likes adult clothing, bedding, toys and school materials. There are drop-off points across the Island, including Ryde’s Busy Bee Garden Centre where empty shoeboxes can be picked up and filled boxes with be rewarded with a voucher for free tea or coffee.
