The appeal to raise £200,000 to replace Freshwater Lifeboat, continues with a garden party, this weekend.
It runs from 2 till 6pm at St Winifred’s, Cliff Road, Totland Bay on 6 September. Adventurer Bear Grylls and Island MP Andrew Turner will be among those to attend.
