The Isle of Wight Beacon Magazine has been experiencing numerous problems with our telephone system, following a system upgrade.
We are delighted to announced that callers into the Newport office are now able to get through and should no longer just hear an engaged tone. We have been informed that the phone service should return to normal by 12 March. The phone company says it is doing all it can to rectify the problem.
Our team is unable to dial out on our usual line, so please bear with us whilst we switch to mobile phones until next week.
