The contributions of 150 Pan residents are being analysed, after a recent public meeting over the Pan Urban Development. Developers Miller Homes say they will soon be sharing their findings with the Isle of Wight Council and the project team.
They are also promising further public consultation events over the coming months. There are plans to build up to 1000 sustainable homes, 300 of which will be affordable. It will be the biggest scheme of its type to be carried out on the Island for at least 50 years.
