A Ryde based community nurses has opted to cycle to his appointments, instead of using his car. Brett Milliner is piloting the scheme, travelling from Ryde to Seaview.
Isle of Wight Paramedics, who carry much more equipment than community nurses, used cycles during Cowes Week, to speed up their response times. Brett will carry all his kit in a backpack.
