Police are renewing their appeal for information following a burglary in Totland Bay.
They’re investigating allegations of a break-in, in Fairfield Way on 30/31 January. A laptop and a home safe containing two masonic chains, ladies’ wedding and engagement rings, property deeds plus a large amount of US dollars and euros are missing. The homeowner said: “Some of the items stolen belonged to my late wife. It was the anniversary of her death during February and this burglary could not have come at a worse time."
