Isle of Wight Conservatives have re-selected Andrew Turner as the man who will fight the next general election, for the party.
The Island's MP was given the backing on Friday night. Two years ago he suffered a stroke and has since been recovering. Medical professionals were among those to back his re-selection. No election date has yet been set.
