Freshwater library will be holding its annual Outdoor Arts & Craft event on the lawn in front of the library on Wednesday 16th August. Last year more than 20 arts and crafts people exhibited
their work and the event drew visitors from all over the Island.

Application forms and further information are now available for those who wish to take part from Freshwater Library. Call at the library during opening hours or you can telephone 752377 or

Freshwater Parish Office is moving. From 25th May 2006
the parish Clerk Sally Woods and her office will be moving
from the West Wight Information centre in Madiera House to upstairs in the Memorial Hall. Sally is available for members of the public to visit from Mondays to Fridays, 10.00am
- 12.00noon. Contact the Parish Office on the telephone

The exhibition to mark the hundredth anniversary of West Wight School will run from May 28th to 30th. The Centenary Exhibition will be open particularly for ex-pupils from 10.30am - 4.00pm.
The entrance will be via the school hall.

Mountbatten Hospice is organising the “biggest tea party ever” on June 16th. They are inviting everyone on the island to organise an event with friends and colleagues. The hospice
can help with a poster, website publicity, a collecting box and
