The Island’s MP and Leader of the IW Council are visiting Brighstone Primary School, this morning, to mark Farmhouse Breakfast Week.
Andrew Turner and Cllr David Pugh will be joined by Graham Biss, Chief Executive of the Isle of Wight Economic Partnership. The Isle of Wight Community Chefs will be on hand to cook a healthy breakfast made from local produce for the young pupils. Mayfield Middle School, St George’s in Arreton and Weston Community Primary are also holding breakfast events this week. It’s designed to promote British Farming and the benefits of a cooked breakfast.
