The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorised detectives from Hampshire Constabulary’s Isle of Wight CID to charge a man yesterday (Wednesday, September 23, 2009) with the murder of Richard Andrew Ball.
William Ernest Heywood, aged 68, from Sandham Gardens, Sandown, Isle of Wight, was remanded in custody to appear before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court today (Thursday, September 24, 2009).
