A concert will take place in Newport later this month, in aid of the charity Help the Heroes.
The Trident Concert Band, which includes veterans among its performers, will present Music and Memories at the Riverside Centre. It takes place on 20 February. Musical Director Robin Taylor is hoping for lots of support for the charity at such a financially tough time. Doors open at 7pm and tickets are available from the Riverside Centre, or by phoning 530497.
