Islanders with Learning Disabilities, and their families and carers, are invited to have a‘Big Health Check Up’, today.
The event's taking place at the Riverside Centre in Newport, between 9:30am and 3:30pm. Local health professionals will be on hand to advise visitors on how to access services. Among the experts being represented are the Breast Screening Unit, Occupational Therapy, Infection Control, Anaesthetics, Dietetics, Mental Health services and Prison Healthcare.
