We are being warned not to fall for a lottery scam that is dropping through Island letterboxes, this morning. Staff at Newport sorting office say by law they must deliver thousands of cards asking Islanders to fill in bank details in return for cash. But the Island's trading standards officers are warning that it is not a genuine competition and they are urging us not to faul foul of the fraud.
