POSTER WARNS NO TRICK OR TREAT
Police on the Isle of Wight are urging people to put up a poster if they don’t want to be “trick or treated”, this Halloween. They’ve made the poster available in a bid to make some residents feel safer and to discourage revellers from approaching their homes. Among other precautions, some local shops will not sell flour or eggs to people aged under 18, as Halloween approaches.
