The Isle of Wight Council's Housing Services department is holding a Landlords fair on the 26th April at the Riverside Centre.
The fair is aimed at any landlords on the island, or managing agents, that let out properties and may be affected by recent changes in Housing Legislation.
There will be a wealth of information on subjects including Fire Safety Legislation, HMO Licensing, Grants, Tenancy Deposit Schemes and the new landlords forum.
There will also be stalls from the following people: Southern Private Landlords Association, Housing Benefit, Housing Renewal Team, Homelessness Prevention and Fire Safety.
