Gotten Manor is nestled at the foot of St Catherine’s Downs surrounded by picturesque surroundings. The converted buildings have been tastefully renovated, incorporating natural features already present into the décor. Gotten Manor manages to incorporate sustainable practices in such a way as to make the visit feel that much more distinct. Items provided for the guests include locally grown vegetable basket for the self-catering guests and hand wrapped Island made soaps in the bathrooms. Homemade jams are produced at the breakfast table, along with Island grown produce.
A wildlife spotter has been produced for the children and herb gardens planted for self-catering guests to use in their cooking
The Green Island Certificate is proudly displayed on the web site. Water saving notices are placed around the accommodation, particularly important here as the site’s water supply is not mains fed.
