Quadruple Olympic gold medallist Matthew Pinsent is training alongside the students of Cowes’ UKSA sailing academy. He is taking part in an MCA Personal Survival Techniques course, as part of his preparation for the forthcoming gruelling Rolex Fastnet Race.
