England Beach Soccer is set to take a massive step forward this June 2006 with its involvement in the largest sand sports event ever to be held in Birmingham UK.
England Beach Soccer is teaming up with T- Mobile and Birmingham City Council to create a month long sand sports extravaganza in one of the UK’s largest cities. It is set to coincide with the football World Cup with all matches being shown on enormous screens within the T-Mobile Fan Park. Here you will find the largest gathering of England fans simultaneously enjoying the spectacular display that is beach soccer.
The event culminates with a three day International Exhibition Tournament ( teams to be announced shortly), the first International Event to be held in the UK since Brighton 2003. This will of course give our up and coming England players the opportunity to show off their skills to a home crowd and get in shape for international duties this summer. It will also help to massively raise the profile of beach soccer in the UK and take it to a whole new level.
The majority of the action on the sand throughout the month will be amateur with parties, bands and dancers being lined up for the evenings.
There will be loads of opportunities for local players to become involved with coaching, refereeing and of course participation.

See You On The Sand!!
