December 3 is the International Day of the Disabled. An awards ceremony is being held in Ventnor, for people and places on the Isle of Wight who have excelled in driving forward the disability and equality agenda. The Island's Disability Awards take place at the Botanic Gardens, hosted by the Island's High Sheriff David Langford.
