COOLspot responds to Employers - again!

COOLspots are The Isle of Wight College's Flexible Online learning Centre in Ryde, Newport and Sandown and it appears that their success with employers seems to know no bounds! Not content with just providing customised online training programmes to over 100 employers so far this academic year and over 1000 learners, they are also re-introducing their range of one day workshops to meet employer and individual needs.


Last year they carried out a formal study of what employers want and as a result found the main training requested was beginners and advanced Excel and also Publisher. They therefore introduced a successful programme of one day workshops around these subjects. In response to demand they have re-introduced these courses this year - starting March 2006 - and also added another popular application PowerPoint XP.

Always innovative and responsive - COOLspot have even scheduled a range of workshops to help learners with EBay!
