CATCH OF THE DAY FOR SANDOWN ANGLER
A record-breaking fish has been caught off the Isle of Wight. The 19lb 12oz bass, which is a whopping 36 inches long, was brought ashore at Sandown Pier this week. A full 12oz heavier than the previous record holder, angler Steve Cave’s catch is the UK’s largest landed bass.
