- 'All island picture of the year 2009-10' was held at Binstead community centre and hosted by Focus Ryde imaging group 11th November 2009. Attended by six island photography clubs and more than 60 photographers, this was the chance to pit their skills against each other as individuals by submitting two images each, one colour and one monochrome.

- The Roman villla at Brading is hosting an exhibition about Anne Frank and the Holocaust over the next two weeks.
